Page 1 <br /> DANE COUNTY <br /> CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT #1501 <br /> THE ZONING AND NATURAL RESOURCES COMMITTEE OF THE DANE COUNTY BOARD <br /> PURSUANT TO SECTION 10.255 (2) OF THE DANE COUNTY CODE OF ORDINANCES <br /> DOES HEREBY: <br /> GRANT: The Conditional Use Permit subject to conditions. <br /> FOR: Limited Family Business. <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE OF PERMIT: 7/14/98 EXPIRATION DATE: See Below <br /> THE CONDITIONAL USE SHALL BE LOCATED ON THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED AS <br /> FOLLOWS: <br /> Part of the NE 1/4 of the SW 1/4, and part of the S 1/2 of the NW <br /> 1/4; all in Section 13, Town of Vermont, described thusly; <br /> beginning a the Northeast corner of the S 1/2 of the S 1/2 of <br /> the Northwest quarter of the said Section 13; thence South to the <br /> centerline of McFee Road; thence Westerly along said centelrine <br /> to the Easterly right-of-way of STH 78; thence Northerly along <br /> said right-of-way to the North line of the said S 1/2 S 1/2 of <br /> the NW 1/4; thence East to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONS: <br /> These conditions are specifically made applicable to this permit, <br /> any violation of such conditions shall be sufficient grounds for <br /> revocation of this permit. <br /> 1. Craft and gift store in an existing building for a limited family business. <br /> THE ZONING AND NATURAL RESOURCES COMMITTEE AFTER PUBLIC HEARING AND <br /> IN THEIR CONSIDERATION OF THE CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT MADE THE <br /> FOLLOWING FINDING OF FACT: <br /> 1. That the establishment, maintenance and operation of the <br /> proposed conditional use will not be detrimental to or endanger <br /> the public health, safety, morals, comfort or general welfare. <br /> 2. That the uses, values and enjoyment of other property in the <br /> neighborhood for purposes already permitted will not be <br /> substantially impaired or diminished by the establishment, <br /> maintenance and operation of the proposed conditional use. <br />
