Little Door Creek is a navigable water of <br /> the state. Therefore, Chapter 30 permits are required for many activities which take place in or <br /> adjacent to the creek. The plans provided to us do not provide enough detail to determine if Chapter <br /> 30 permits will be required for this proposed project. I recommend that the applicant forward the <br /> Department a detailed set of plans for a jurisdictional determination to avoid doing any work which may <br /> be a violation of state law. <br /> Thank you for the opportunity to comment.
