AUG/20/2015/THU 03: 44 PM TOWN OF BURKE FAX No, 608-825-8422 P. 005 <br /> TOWN OF BURKE <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 08192015B <br /> RESOLUTION BY THE TOWN BOARD OF THE TOWN OF BURL <br /> APPROVING THE REZONE PETITION SUBMITTED BY BIRRENKOTT <br /> SURVEYING ON BEHALF OF JAYSON JONES <br /> WHEREAS, a petition to rezone the property located at 5337 Reiner Rd, Madison <br /> (parcel number 0810234-9500-8) from A-1 to C-2 and a Condition Use Permit (CUP) <br /> for a watchman or caretaker for the purpose of zoning compliance with existing land use <br /> has been submitted to the Town for review and action; and <br /> WHEREAS, City of Madison planning staff has reviewed the petition and will not <br /> oppose the rezone and CUP if permanent deed restrictions are placed on the property; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has reviewed the petition and recommended <br /> conditional approval of the rezone and CUP; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Town Board has reviewed and considered the Plan Commission's <br /> recommendation; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the Town Board hereby approves the rezone and CUP with <br /> the following condition: <br /> 1) A deed restriction is recorded on the property limiting <br /> development to the existing residence and a new, non- <br /> commercial accessory structure that replaces the existing <br /> provided these would be the only uses and/or structures allowed <br /> on the lot.
