<br /> Mr.Parker is a botanist and certified Professional Wetland Scientist,with 30 years of professional and project
<br /> management experience assisting public and private clientele in Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana,Michigan,
<br /> Pennsylvania,Texas, Maryland,Virginia,and North Carolina.His work has supported thousands of
<br /> transportation,commercial,utility,residential,industrial&institutional projects.Mr. Parker's natural resource
<br /> specialties include wetland science,botany, endangered resources,restoration&mitigation,environmental
<br /> regulations&permitting.Mr.Parker has a widespread understanding of the scientific,technical®ulatory
<br /> aspects of natural resources projects.His interests also include floristic quality assessment(FQA) and wetness
<br /> categorization of wetland plant species. In 2011 he completed a national study(all 50 states)where he
<br /> interviewed regional scientists for the purpose of identifying mis-categorized plant species. This work was in
<br /> response to a CFR public comment solicitation by the U.S.Army Corps of Engineers.
