The three residential buildings are in the Lake Mendota-Yahara River Priority Watershed and <br /> should comply with the goals of 7.5 ton/ac/yr soil loss reduction. <br /> 2. The water quality component should be addressed to prevent sediment from leaving the site <br /> and being delivered to the Yahara River. <br /> 3. Detailed erosion control plan should include temporary and long-term sediment control. <br /> 4. Maintenance of the plan. <br /> 5. Post development runoff control should be addressed to maintain the peak flows and times of <br /> concentration at pre-development condition, and to reduce sediment according to the Dane <br /> County Ordinance. <br /> 6.
