Jacobsen, as fee owner of the Adjacent <br /> Property, does hereby covenant, restrict, and agree for himself, <br /> his successors and assigns as follows : <br /> The Adjacent Property shall be maintained as a natural <br /> preserve and oak grove conservancy. Without the prior consent of <br /> the Dane County Land Conservationist, the trees on the Adjacent <br /> Property with a caliper of 2 inches or greater shall not be <br /> disturbed and shall be preserved in their natural state except that <br /> dead or fallen trees may be removed and brush may be cleared in <br /> order to maintain the Adjacent Property in a safe and aesthetically <br /> pleasing condition. The Adjacent Property may continue to be used <br /> for grazing by livestock. <br /> These Restrictions shall run with the land and shall be <br /> binding upon Sam J. Jacobsen and upon his successors and assigns as <br /> the holder of any interest in the Adjacent Property. These <br /> Restrictions shall be deemed to benefit the County of Dane and may <br /> be enforced by the County of Dane by permit or injunction, and may <br /> be amended only in writing and with the approval of the Dane County <br /> Board of Supervisors . <br /> IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Sam J.
