The site is an active quarry, and has been used <br /> previously for similar activities. The aggregates for the hot-mix will be produced at the <br /> site. Trucking access will be via Hwy 51. <br /> r .o 4 i — 613 <br /> The portable asphalt plant is of the drum-mix type. It requires no permanent building, <br /> water, or power.
