I was <br /> able to discuss them with Tom Mueller, who agreed to delete the references to the Zoning <br /> Ordinance Sections from Deed Restrictions#6 and#7. I also asked him what kinds of <br /> items he planned to rent or lease that are not included in Restrictions#145. He told me <br /> he plans to have all kinds of goods available, including tents, chairs, tables, etc. --like an <br /> A-Z Rental-type business. He would like to leave Restriction#6"open-ended"to permit <br /> him to carry things he knows are in demand now, and allow him to add new products as <br /> they become available in the future. He will be able to clarify this for you at your Monday . <br /> and Tuesday meetings. He said he will also have examples of the"incidental related <br /> items" he needs to sell under Restriction#7. <br /> I hope that these revised Deed Restrictions are specific enough to clarify what uses are <br /> permitted, while allowing Tom the uses he needs to operate his business. Please fax me the <br /> Town's actions next week. There will be no problem including them with the original <br /> application.
