RE: Rezone Application#7171 Dawn--Here is the list of Deed Restrictions for Tom's use at the State Highway 138 location in Section 7. Tom and I discussed these at the counter and made a somewhat different list. He said he trusted me to make any changes I thought appropriate. Basically, I combined the separate listings for Sales/Rental and leasing/Repairs and service for each category of vehicles as they are listed in the Zoning Ordinance. This seemed to be clearer. When your Town Board considers these this evening, you may wish to make some changes, deletions, or additions. Please FAX me your action, including any changes, within the nel(t couple of days, or let me know if you will need more time. We will be able to use your amended list as if it had been included in the original application. Call me if you have any questions. Sales, rental and leasing, repair(including major repairs) and service of new and used motor vehicles, not including cars and trucks. ,2. Sales, rental and leasing, repair and service of new and used agriculture implements and equipment. 3. Sales, rental and leasing, repair and service of new and used lawn and garden equipment. 4. Sales, rental and leasing, repair, and service of new and used recreational equipment. 5. Sales, rental and leasing, repair, and service of new and used contractor's machinery and equipment. 6. Rental and leasing of new and used items not listed above as permitted under Section 10.14(1)(a) and 10.13 (1)(1). 7.
