CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP FOR A SURVEY OF A PARCEL OF LAND LOCATED IN THE NE 1/4 OF THE NE 'A OF SECTION 14, T 6 N, R 12 E, TOWN OF CHRISTIANA DANE COUNTY, WISCONSIN. SURVEYOR'S CERTIFICATE AND DESCRIPTION I, Glen L. Northrop, hereby certify that the land described and mapped hereon was surveyed under my direction and supervision in accord with Chapter 236.34 of the Wisconsin Statutes and that this map is a true representation of the field survey made and shows the size and location of the property, all visible structures, apparent CaikAitnis, roadways, and visible encroachments (if any) as of this date. Said lands being located in part of the NE 'A of the NE1/4 of Section 14, T 6 N, R 12 E, Town of Christiana, Dane County, Wisconsin more particularly described by metes and bounds description as follows: Commencing at the aluminum monument at the NE corner of said Section 14 and also being the POINT OF BEGINNING of this description; thence S 01° 00' W, 503.61'; thence N 43° 39' 19" W, 46.95' to a meander line reference point "A" for the beginning for the following meander line created for this survey for the location of the northeasterly and easterlyside of Hoiness Creek; thence N 49°49' 17"W on said meander line, 166.84'; thence N 72° 20' 48"Won said meander line, 92.40';thence N 30° 24' 31"W on said meander line, 68.37'; thence N 21° 05' 50"Won said meander line, 74.78'; thence N 16° 30' 13"E on said meander line, 136.45'; thence N 08° 01' 36' E on said meander line, 66.33' to the end of this meander line at reference point `B" at the intersection with the north section line; thence S 88° 07' 56"W on the section line, 62' more or less to the center of Hoiness Creek; thence N 88° 07' 56"E on the section line, 62' more or less to said reference point `B"; thence continue N 88° 07' 56"E, 270.41' to the POINT OF BEGINNING including all that land to the centerline of Hoiness Creek. This parcel, as described above, contains: 2.563 acres to the east section line and the described meander line; 2.195 acres between the meander line and the west right of way line of Highland Drive; 3.16 acres more or less to the present center of the channel of Hoiness Creek. This parcel is subject to the road right of way easement for Highland Drive over the east 33' thereof and subject to a single pole transmission line easement to W.P. & L.
