Northrop, hereby certify that the land described and mapped hereon was surveyed under my <br /> direction and supervision in accord with Chapter 236.34 of the Wisconsin Statutes and that this map is a <br /> true representation of the field survey made and shows the size and location of the property, all visible <br /> structures, apparent CaikAitnis, roadways, and visible encroachments (if any) as of this date. Said lands <br /> being located in part of the NE 'A of the NE1/4 of Section 14, T 6 N, R 12 E, Town of Christiana, Dane <br /> County, Wisconsin more particularly described by metes and bounds description as follows: <br /> Commencing at the aluminum monument at the NE corner of said Section 14 and also being the <br /> POINT OF BEGINNING of this description; thence S 01° 00' W, 503.61'; thence N 43° 39' 19" <br /> W, 46.95' to a meander line reference point "A" for the beginning for the following meander line <br /> created for this survey for the location of the northeasterly and easterlyside of Hoiness Creek; <br /> thence N 49°49' 17"W on said meander line, 166.84'; thence N 72° 20' 48"Won said meander <br /> line, 92.40';thence N 30° 24' 31"W on said meander line, 68.37'; thence N 21° 05' 50"Won <br /> said meander line, 74.78'; thence N 16° 30' 13"E on said meander line, 136.45'; thence N 08° <br /> 01' 36' E on said meander line, 66.33' to the end of this meander line at reference point `B" at <br /> the intersection with the north section line; thence S 88° 07' 56"W on the section line, 62' more <br /> or less to the center of Hoiness Creek; thence N 88° 07' 56"E on the section line, 62' more or <br /> less to said reference point `B"; thence continue N 88° 07' 56"E, 270.41' to the POINT OF <br /> BEGINNING including all that land to the centerline of Hoiness Creek.
