DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 7178 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Berry. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Berry be amended to include in the A-2(8) Agriculture District's the <br /> following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 7178 <br /> A part of the SE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 and NE 1/4 SE 1/4, Section 6, Town of Berry, <br /> described as follows: Beginning a the East quarter corner of said Section 6, corner is also <br /> the point of beginning of this description. Thence NO2°01'54" West for a distance of <br /> 150.72 feet;thence <br /> S 86°10' 45"West for a distance of 1351.84 feet; thence S01°55'27"East for a distance <br /> of 159.77 feet; thence N85°02'30"East for a distance of 499.18 feet; thence S09° 58'46" <br /> East for a distance of 477.00 feet; thence N79°57'47"East for a distance of 390.06 feet; <br /> thence along a curve to the right having a radius of 60.00 feet and an arc length of 59.76 <br /> feet, being subtended by a chord of N79°57'48"East for a distance of 57.32 feet; thence <br /> N51°51'44"East for a distance of 425.74 feet; thence NO2°01'54"West for a distance of <br /> 185.00 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3)(a)2.(b)of the Dane <br /> County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REOUIRED <br /> The above listed descriptions is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within <br /> 90 days of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be <br /> rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure to record the <br /> survey will cause the rezone to be null and void. Two copies of the recorded survey shall <br /> be submitted to Dane County Zoning. <br /> )\.\\.) r <br /> , <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain that this amendment,based upon their findings,to be <br /> consistent with the provisions of Wisconsin State Statute 91.77(1)(a),(b),(c). <br />
