DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 7178 Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Berry. The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Berry be amended to include in the A-2(8) Agriculture District's the following described land: PETITION NUMBER: 7178 A part of the SE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 and NE 1/4 SE 1/4, Section 6, Town of Berry, described as follows: Beginning a the East quarter corner of said Section 6, corner is also the point of beginning of this description. Thence NO2°01'54" West for a distance of 150.72 feet;thence S 86°10' 45"West for a distance of 1351.84 feet; thence S01°55'27"East for a distance of 159.77 feet; thence N85°02'30"East for a distance of 499.18 feet; thence S09° 58'46" East for a distance of 477.00 feet; thence N79°57'47"East for a distance of 390.06 feet; thence along a curve to the right having a radius of 60.00 feet and an arc length of 59.76 feet, being subtended by a chord of N79°57'48"East for a distance of 57.32 feet; thence N51°51'44"East for a distance of 425.74 feet; thence NO2°01'54"West for a distance of 185.00 feet to the point of beginning. CONDITIONAL ZONING Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3)(a)2.(b)of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. CERTIFIED SURVEY REOUIRED The above listed descriptions is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure to record the survey will cause the rezone to be null and void.
