Unfortunately my parents <br /> have both deceased, and we have no children. We currently own a home on this farm. <br /> We plan to continue farming and maintain the cropland in agriculture. However, we <br /> cannot maintain two sets of buildings. <br /> Thus, we request rezoning of the house and barn to make this part of the estate saleable as <br /> an A-2 parcel. As you see, the county highway G divides the two parcels we wish to <br /> have rezoned.
