DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 7179 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Primrose. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Primrose be amended to include in the A-2(1) Agricultural District/s <br /> the following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 7179 <br /> TO A-2(1): <br /> Part of the NW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 8, Town of Primrose, described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the South quarter corner; thence North 888.20 feet; thence N50° along <br /> centerline of CTH G 860.56 feet to the Southeast corner of CSM#2411 and the point of <br /> beginning; thence Northeasterly along CTH G 370 feet; thence N30° W 130 feet; thence <br /> West 248 feet; thence Southerly along CSM#2411 320 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3Xa)2.(b)of the Dane <br /> County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within <br /> 90 days of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be <br /> rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure to record the <br /> survey will cause the rezone to be null and void. Two copies of the recorded survey shall <br /> be submitted to Dane County Zoning. <br /> TO A-2: <br /> Part of the N 1/2 of the SE 1/4 of Section 8, Town of Dane described as follows: <br /> All that part of the N 1/2 of the SE 1/4 of Section 8, lying Southeasterly of the centerline <br /> of CTH G and the North 100 feet of the SE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 8, Town of <br /> Primrose. <br /> DEED RESTRICTION REOUIRED <br /> This amendment will be effective,if within 90 days of its adoption by Dane County the owner or owners of the <br /> land shall record the following restrictions on said land: <br /> 1.To prohibit residential development on the A-2 rezone area. <br /> Said restriction shall run in favor of Dane County and the pertinent Town Board as well , ers of <br /> land within 300 feet of the site.Failure to record the restrictions will cause the •- ne to be null • ,d <br /> void. <br /> 4,1- 1,1 ISM <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain that this amendment,based upon their findings,to be <br /> consistent with the provisions of Wisconsin State Statute 91.77(1)(a),(b),(c). <br />
