DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 7179 Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Primrose. The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Primrose be amended to include in the A-2(1) Agricultural District/s the following described land: PETITION NUMBER: 7179 TO A-2(1): Part of the NW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 8, Town of Primrose, described as follows: Commencing at the South quarter corner; thence North 888.20 feet; thence N50° along centerline of CTH G 860.56 feet to the Southeast corner of CSM#2411 and the point of beginning; thence Northeasterly along CTH G 370 feet; thence N30° W 130 feet; thence West 248 feet; thence Southerly along CSM#2411 320 feet to the point of beginning. CONDITIONAL ZONING Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3Xa)2.(b)of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure to record the survey will cause the rezone to be null and void. Two copies of the recorded survey shall be submitted to Dane County Zoning. TO A-2: Part of the N 1/2 of the SE 1/4 of Section 8, Town of Dane described as follows: All that part of the N 1/2 of the SE 1/4 of Section 8, lying Southeasterly of the centerline of CTH G and the North 100 feet of the SE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 8, Town of Primrose. DEED RESTRICTION REOUIRED This amendment will be effective,if within 90 days of its adoption by Dane County the owner or owners of the land shall record the following restrictions on said land: 1.To prohibit residential development on the A-2 rezone area.
