He indicated that they have no problem with the proposed <br /> layout of lots with respect to the septic system, as long as an easement is recorded with <br /> Dane County Register of Deeds which restricts development in the area of the septic <br /> system and prevents any activities from blocking access to the system. <br /> While he is unable to send over written verification of this today, he will do so tomorrow. <br />
