DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 7173 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Sun Prairie. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Sun Prairie be amended to include in the RH-1 Rural Homes and <br /> A-2(8) Agriculture District's the following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 7173 <br /> Part of the NW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 12, Town of Sun Prairie, described as <br /> follows: <br /> RH-1: Commencing at the West quarter corner of said Section 12; thence S 00° <br /> West, 330 feet; thence N 90°East, 33 feet, to the point of beginning; thence continuing N <br /> 90° East, 627 feet; thence S 00° West, 304 feet; thence S 90° West, 600 feet to the East <br /> right-of-way line of Twin Lane Road; thence N 06° West, 220 feet; thence N 00°East, 84 <br /> feet to the point of beginning. <br /> Part of the NW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 12, Town of Sun Prairie, described as <br /> follows: <br /> R-1A: Commencing at the West quarter corner of said Section 12; thence S 00° <br /> West, 330 feet; thence N 90° East, 33 feet; thence S 00° West, along the East right-of- <br /> way line of Twin Lane Road, 84 feet; thence S 06° East, 220 feet to the point of <br /> beginning; thence N 90°East, 125 feet; thence S 35°East, 95 feet; thence S 17°East, 175 <br /> feet; thence S 15° West, 95 feet; thence N 86° West, along the North right-of-way of <br /> State Highway 19, 105 feet; thence N 39°West, along the East right-of-way of Twin Lane <br /> Road, 119 feet; thence N 06° West along said East line 235 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> Part of the NW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 12, Town of Sun Prairie, described as <br /> follows: <br /> RH-3: Commencing at the West quarter corner of said Section 12, thence S 00° <br /> West, 330 feet; thence N 90° East, 660 feet to the point of beginning. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be prepared <br /> for approval and recorded This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by Dane <br /> County,a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County <br /> Register of Deeds. Failure to record the survey will cause the rezone to be null and void. Two copies of the <br /> recorded survey shall be submitted to Dane County Zoning. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain that this amendment,based upon their findings,t• <br /> consistent with the provisions of Wisconsin State Statute 91.77(1)(a),(b),(c).
