Density Study Summary for Rezone # 7180 <br /> April 1998 Public Hearing <br /> The land being considered for rezone was under the ownership of Donald <br /> Prochnow at the time of A-1 Ex adoption by the Town of Christiana (7/19/79), <br /> consisting of 19.9 acres. This parcel appears to have been created prior to A- <br /> 1 Ex adoption by the town and has not been split yet. <br /> It should be mentioned however that there is also noncontiguous land to <br /> the northwest of the above parcel which was part of the same original farm at the <br /> corner of Pleasant Drive and East Rockdale Road, which consists of <br /> approximately 50 acres and has been split multiple times (at least three times). <br />
