• DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 7181 Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Dane. The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Dane be amended to include in the C-2 Commercial Districts the following described land: PETITION NUMBER: 7181 Part of the SW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 14, Town of Dane, described as follows: Commencing at the Southwest corner of said Section 14; thence N89°39'00" E, along the South line of the SW 1/4 of said Section 14; 152.49 feet to the point of beginning; thence N12°32'23" W, 121.43 feet; thence N37°35'05" E, 280.94 feet; thence N65°19'06" E, 49.68 feet; thence S60°42'19" E, 111.24 feet; thence S55°02'39" E, 314.09 feet; thence S63°02'39" E, 104.87 feet; thence S71°46'41" E, 209.14 feet; thence S78°25'08" E, 45.85 feet; thence S89°39'00" W, along the South line of the SW 1/4 of said Section 14, 881.63 feet to the point of beginning. CONDITIONAL ZONING Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3Xa)2.(b)of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. DEED RESTRICTION REQUIRED This amendment will be effective,if within 90 days of its adoption by Dane County the owner or owners of the land shall record the following restrictions on said land: 1.The use on the rezone area shall be limited to mini-warehouse use only. Said restriction shall run in favor of Dane County and the pertinent Town Board as well as the owners of land within 300 feet of the site.Failure to record the restrictions will cause the rezone to be null and void.
