WHEREAS, <br /> is/are the owner/s of the following described land in the Town of <br /> Dane County, Wisconsin, to-wit: <br /> Part of the SE 1/4 NW 1/4 Section 19, Town of Dunn, described as <br /> follows: <br /> Lot 6, Block 3, Oregon Heights, in the Town of Dunn. Also, part <br /> of Outlot 1, Block 3, Oregon Heights, in the Town of Dunn, <br /> described as follows: Commencing at the Southeast corner of said <br /> Outlot 1; thence North 0°4'East 200 feet; thence West to the <br /> Westerly boundary of Outlot 1; thence Southerly along the lot <br /> line to the Southwest corner of Outlot 1; thence Easterly along <br /> the lot line of Outlot 1, to the point of beginning. <br /> II. WHEREAS said owner desires to place certain restrictions thereon, <br /> to bind the owner and those who may acquire title hereafter. <br /> III.
