DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 7175 Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Cottage Grove. The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Cottage Grove be amended to include in the R-1A Residential, RH-3 Rural Homes and C-1 Commercial District/s the following described land: PETITION NUMBER: 7175 TO R-1A: Part of the SW 1/4 NW 1/4 of Section 19, Town of Cottage Grove described as follows: Commencing at the West quarter corner of said Section 19; thence S0°31'03"W, along the West line of the SW 1/4 of said Section 19, 40.02 feet; thence N36°36'49"E, 318.16 to the point of beginning of this description.
