The manufactured home to be located per required county <br /> setbacks <br /> 2. The manufactured home to match siding and roof color of <br /> motel structure. Also, it must be on footing/foundation <br /> and connected to public water and sewer <br /> 3. Occupancy limited only to watchman/management employed <br /> by Super 8 and cannot be rented or sold to another party <br /> 4. The manufactured home must be removed upon expansion of <br /> the motel <br /> 5.
