Page 1 <br /> DANE COUNTY <br /> CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT #1487 <br /> THE ZONING AND NATURAL RESOURCES COMMITTEE OF THE DANE COUNTY BOARD <br /> PURSUANT TO SECTION 10.255(2) OF THE DANE COUNTY CODE OF ORDINANCES <br /> DOES HEREBY: <br /> GRANT: The Conditional Use Permit subject to conditions. <br /> FOR: Residence for watchman/caretaker in the C-1. <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE OF PERMIT: 4/28/98 EXPIRATION DATE: (See below) <br /> THE CONDITIONAL USE SHALL BE LOCATED ON THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED AS <br /> FOLLOWS: <br /> Lot 1, CSM 2195, found in Volume 8, Page 443 of Certified Survey <br /> Maps, Dane County Register of Deeds office. <br /> CONDITIONS: <br /> These conditions are specifically made applicable to this permit, <br /> any violation of such conditions shall be sufficient grounds for <br /> revocation of this permit. <br /> 1. The manufactured home to be located per required county setbacks. <br /> 2. The manufactured home to match siding and roof color of motel structure. Also, it must <br /> be on footing/foundation and connected to public water and sewer. <br /> 3. Occupancy limited only to watchman/management employed by Super 8 and cannot be <br /> rented or sold to another party. <br /> 4. The manufactured home must be removed upon expansion of the motel. <br /> 5. The manufactured home on the site be occupied and maintained solely for the purposes <br /> of providing a residence for the on site watchman/manager. <br /> THE ZONING AND NATURAL RESOURCES COMMITTEE AFTER PUBLIC HEARING AND <br /> IN THEIR CONSIDERATION OF THE CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT MADE THE <br /> FOLLOWING FINDING OF FACT: <br /> 1 . That the establishment, maintenance and operation of the <br /> proposed conditional use will not be detrimental to or endanger <br /> the public health, safety, morals, comfort or general welfare. <br /> 2. That the uses, values and enjoyment of other property in the <br /> neighborhood for purposes already permitted will not be <br /> substantially impaired or diminished by the establishment, <br /> maintenance and operation of the proposed conditional use. <br />
