DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 7183 Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Verona. The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Verona be amended to include in the RH-2 and RH-3 Rural Homes Districts the following described land: PETITION NUMBER: 7183 TORH-2: A parcel of land in the N 1/2 of the NE 1/4 of Section 6, Town of Verona described as follows: Commencing at the Northeast corner of Section, thence S88°24'39"W, 345.48 feet; thence South 195.98 feet to the North right-of-way of Midtown Road; thence; S61°16'41" W, 514.14 feet along said North right-of-way of Midtown Road; thence continuing along said right-of-way S61°16'41"W, 20.86 feet; thence continuing along said right-of-way S61°25'34"W, 399.08 feet; thence N26°37'27'W, 521.08 feet to the point of beginning of this description; thence S55°00'12" W, 396.59 feet; thence N68°36'21"E, 394.00 feet; thence N26°37'27"W, 93.66 feet to the point of beginning.
