• <br /> February 23, 1998 <br /> To: Kris Schutte <br /> From: Ron Martin <br /> Re: Reason for rezoning permit for 7456 Lee Road <br /> Our home on 7456 Lee Road burned to the ground on January 21, <br /> 1998 and we want to rebuild on the same site. Unfortunately the <br /> parcel of land that our home was located on, approximately 2 <br /> acres, was created illegally in 1971 . A Certified Survey Map is <br /> required to correct this problem. <br /> The existing classification is A-1EX which is not in conformance <br /> with the minimum parcel size requirement of 35 acres . I would <br /> like the parcel to be reclassified to R-1A so it is brought into <br /> conformity with today' s County Ordinances . I prefer to move <br /> ahead as quickly as possible on the rezoning permit for my parcel <br /> of land to minimize the disruption to family life. <br /> I understand that as part of this process I will need to provide <br /> Dane County Zoning with a Certified Survey Map of my parcel and <br /> that I will need to go through a public hearing before the Dane <br /> County Board can act on my proposal for zoning reclassification. <br /> I am providing you with this memo as part of the information <br /> required for the filing of a petition to rezone land in Dane <br /> County. <br />
