- <br /> DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 7186 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Sun Prairie. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Sun Prairie be amended to include in the R-1 A Residential District/s <br /> the following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 7186 <br /> Part of the SE 1/4 NW 1/4 Section 25, Town of Sun Prairie, described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the NE corner of CSM 7726; thence N 33 feet to the center of Connors <br /> Road which is the SE corner of the SE quarter of the NW quarter of Section 25, <br /> Township 8N, R11E, Town of Sun Prairie, thence 160 feet West along the center of <br /> Connor's Road to the point of beginning; thence N 360 feet; thence west 257 feet; thence <br /> south 360 feet to the center of Connors Road; thence east 257 feet along the center of <br /> Connors Road to the point of beginning. <br /> 'A\C <br /> 7 <br /> „\ / <br /> C <br /> • <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain that this amendment,based upon their findings,to be <br /> consistent with the provisions of Wisconsin State Statute 91.77(1)(a),(b),(c). <br />
