The Board's approval was subject <br /> to the following coedit ons being placed on the property as deed restrictions: <br /> Following discussio 1, Supervisor Held moved,seconded by Supervisor Mueller,to approve <br /> the proposed rezoning<,ubject to therfollowing conditions: <br /> -The number of generators on site at any given time shall be limited to 10 such units, <br /> each unit not ex4;eeding 1250 KW; <br /> -The total annua 1 operating hours of all the generators shall not exceed 200 hours per <br /> year,including t sting, operations and maintenance; <br /> ,'The noise level of each generator shall not exceed 65 decibels at a distance of 50 feet. <br /> Pct., The Town resen es the right to implement appropriate noise testing/monitoring activities. <br /> -Madison Gas&Electric shall provide the Town of Middleton with a copy of all <br /> lcomplaints regar ling the facility and the Utility's response. <br /> l'61.11211000e^ . approval fo-the placement of the generators on shall expire on January 1, <br /> unless exte ided by the Town of Middleton.&`Tls: <br /> -Madison Gas& Electric shall place with the Town of Middleton an irrevocable Letter of <br /> Credit in the amc unt of$100,000 to guarantee compliance with the conditions set forth in <br /> this approval. <br /> MOTION CARRIED. <br />
