DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 7190 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Oregon. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Oregon be amended to include in the RH-3 and RH-4 Rural Homes <br /> and the A-1 EX Agricultural Exclusive District/s the following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 7190 <br /> TO RH-3: <br /> A part of the W 1/2 of the NE 1/4, including all of Lots 2 and 3, CSM No. 8209, all in <br /> Section 20, Town of Oregon, described as follows: Commencing at the North 1/4 corner <br /> of said Section 20;thence S00°01'32"E along the north-south 1/4 line 1146.52 feet to the <br /> centerline of CTH A; thence S76°15'30"E along said centerline 38.1 feet to the point of <br /> beginning; thence along said centerline S76°15'30'E 162.48 feet; thence along a curve to <br /> the left radius 3820.00 feet and long chord of S78°15'30" E 266.63 feet; thence <br /> S80°15'30'E 323.91 feet; thence along a curve to the left of radius 3820.00 feet and long <br /> chord of S 81°22'20'E 148.53 feet; thence S07°36'00'W 49.34 feet; thence along a curve <br /> to the right of radius 233.00 feet and long chord of S33°48'00'W 205.74 feet; thence <br /> S38°38'00'E 605.00 feet; thence East 126.32 feet; thence S00°35'00" E 495.20 feet; <br /> thence N89°04'00'W 1272.65 feet; thence N00°01'32'W 1336.86 feet to the point of <br /> beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3)(a)2.(b) of the Dane <br /> County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> CERT141ED SURVEY REOUTRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within <br /> 90 days of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be <br /> rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure to record the <br /> survey will cause the rezone to be null and void. Two copies of the recorded survey shall <br /> be submitted to Dane County Zoning. <br /> TO A-i EX.: <br /> The West 70.00 feet of Lot#3, Certified Survey Map#8209 Section 20, Town of Oregon. <br /> TO RH-4: <br /> The South 820 feet of the NW 1/4 of the SE 1/4, and the South 820 feet of the East 33 feet of <br /> the NE 1/4 of the SW 1/4, all in Section 20, Town of Oregon. <br /> r\ 7 0\f)t-\c\C)\ <br /> 1 <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain that this amendment,based upon their findings,to be <br /> consistent with the provisions of Wisconsin State Statute 91.77(1)(a),(b),(c). <br />
