February 25, 1998 <br /> Dane County Board Members <br /> RE: Permission To Rezone <br /> Dear Board Members: <br /> We are requesting that the Dane County Zoning Board review the current zoning on our family <br /> property. The property is owned by Donald Heyroth and is located at 7865 Baliweg Road, Dane, <br /> Wisconsin 53529. The property is currently zoned agricultural A-2 and it is our desire to have <br /> part of the property rezoned as residential RH-1 so we can build our house on it. <br /> Please consider the following reasons in favor of rezoning: <br /> • The land is poor crop land and is an old gravel pit. This part of the property is not <br /> being farmed. <br /> • I am the owner's daughter and we wish to keep the land in the family. <br /> • We are partners with Donald Heyroth (Jennifer's dad) raising beef cattle and this is <br /> part of our income. We also keeping our horses at the farm. <br /> We hope that the Dane County Zoning Board will consider the above reasons and rule in our <br /> favor.
