DEED RESTRICTION <br /> PAGE 2 <br /> thence S86°07' 10" East along said right-of-way line, 19.26 feet <br /> to the East line of the SW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 5; thence <br /> N00°13' 01" West, 1207.73 feet to the Southeast corner of the <br /> North 2 acres of the SW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 5; thence <br /> N87°11' 45" West along the South line of the North 2 acres of the <br /> SW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 5, 303.76 feet to the Easterly <br /> right-of-way line of speedway Road; thence S00°35' 54" East along <br /> said right-of-way line, 1145.22 feet; thence Southeasterly, <br /> 105. 33 feet along said <br /> right-of-way line and the arc of a curve to the left whose radius <br /> is 70. 00 feet and whose chord bears S43°42' 21" East, 95. 67 feet <br /> to the Northerly right-of-way line of Paoli Road; thence <br /> S86°48' 49" East along said rigbt-of-way line, 609.22 feet to the <br /> point of beginning. <br /> II. The restrictions provided for herein shall be enforceable at law or <br /> equity against any party who has or acquires an interest in the <br /> land subject to the restriction by the following parties who are <br /> named as grantees, promisees and beneficiaries with enforcement <br /> rights: <br /> (a) The County Government of Dane County, Wisconsin provided that the <br /> lands are under the jurisdiction of zoning ordinance of said County <br /> at the time the enforcement action is commenced; and <br /> (b) The Town Government of the Town Dane County, Wisconsin <br /> provided that the lands are within the governmental jurisdiction of <br /> said Town at the time the enforcement action is commenced. <br /> (c) The owner (s) of record of any land/s which are located within 300 <br /> feet of the subject site. <br />
