DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 7193 Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Oregon. The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Oregon be amended to include in the RH-4 Rural Homes and A-2(4) Agricultural District/s the following described land: PETITION NUMBER/C.U.P. NUMBER: 7193/1491 TO A-2(4): Part of the NE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 4, Town of Oregon described as follows: Commencing at the North quarter corner of the said Section 4; thence South 1050 feet; thence N30°West 450 feet to the point of beginning;thence N30°West 350 feet;thence West 560 feet;thence South 300 feet;thence East 730 feet to the point of beginning. CONDITIONAL ZONING Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3Xa)2.(b)of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. CERTIFIED II D SURVEY REQUIRED The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure to record the survey will cause the rezone to be null and void. Two copies of the recorded survey shall be submitted to Dane County Zoning. TO RH-4: A part of the NE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 4, Town of Oregon described as follows: Commencing at the North quarter corner of said Section 4;thence South 1188.3 feet along the North-South quarter line to the Southeast corner of the NE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 and the point of beginning; thence West 1320.1 feet; thence North 600 feet; thence East 1130 feet to a point on the centerline of CTH D; thence along said centerline 610 feet to the point of beginning. The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain that this amendment,based upon their findings,to be consistent with the provisions of'Wisconsin State Statute 91.77(1)(a),(b),(c).
