According to the application the RH-4 parcel is to create a new homesite for the owner <br /> of the farm. The A-2(4) site is for separation of the existing house and farm buildings, which appear <br /> reasonably consistent with adopted plans. <br /> The CUP is for unlimited livestock in the barn on the A-2(4)parcel. While there is room for <br /> approximately 60 head of cattle in the barn,there needs to be a manure disposal plan to be consistent <br /> with treatment of similar cases. <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH (septic, etc.) <br /> The existing private sewage system must remain on the same parcel with the dwelling. <br /> it serves. <br /> DANE COUNTY HIGHWAY <br /> Petition 7193 & C.U.P. 1491. CTH"D" is a controlled access highway. No new accesses would <br /> be allowed. Existing accesses would have to be utilized for both parcels and remaining <br /> properties. <br /> OTHER <br />
