Page 1 DANE COUNTY CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT #1491 THE ZONING AND NATURAL RESOURCES COMMITTEE OF THE DANE COUNTY BOARD PURSUANT TO SECTION 10.255(2) OF THE DANE COUNTY CODE OF ORDINANCES DOES HEREBY: GRANT: The Conditional Use Permit subject to conditions. FOR: Limited livestock exceeding 1 per acre. EFFECTIVE DATE OF PERMIT: 8/10/99 EXPIRATION DATE: (See Below) THE CONDITIONAL USE SHALL BE LOCATED ON THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: Part of the NE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 4, Town of Oregon described as follows: Commencing at the North quarter corner of the said Section 4; thence South 1050 feet; thence N30° West 450 feet to the point of beginning; thence N30° West 350 feet; thence West 560 feet; thence South 300 feet; thence East 730 feet to the point of beginning. CONDITIONS: These conditions are specifically made applicable to this permit, any violation of such conditions shall be sufficient grounds for revocation of this permit. 1) . A manure management plan be prepared. 2) . Limited to 60 cattle. THE ZONING AND NATURAL RESOURCES COMMITTEE AFTER PUBLIC HEARING AND IN THEIR CONSIDERATION OF THE CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT MADE THE FOLLOWING FINDING OF FACT: 1. That the establishment, maintenance and operation of the proposed conditional use will not be detrimental to or endanger the public health, safety, morals, comfort or general welfare. 2. That the uses, values and enjoyment of other property in the neighborhood for purposes already permitted will not be substantially impaired or diminished by the establishment, maintenance and operation of the proposed conditional use. 3. That the establishment of the proposed conditional use will not impede the normal and orderly development and improvement of the surrounding property for uses permitted in the district. 4. That adequate utilities, access roads, drainage and other necessary site improvements will be made.
