Total acreage of this parcel is 21.600 acres. Total <br /> acreage owned by us at this location is 104.680 acres. The reason for requesting this rezoning is <br /> twofold. This year we would like to put up a 30 foot by 60 foot building which would serve two <br /> functions. Half of this building would be used to house the office for my current business, <br /> Jacobson Appraisals, and the other half would be designed to be used for a work and sales area <br /> for the greenhouse and flower/produce sales business we are starting. We will begin placing <br /> greenhouses on this site in 1999 if not in the Fall of 1998. This site was selected because of its <br /> location to our other buildings and due to access considerations. The new building will be about <br /> 25 feet West of the East lot line of CSM 6901 and about 76 feet from the nearest existing <br /> building. The setback from the road will be over 100 feet. <br /> The following deed restriction will be placed upon the parcel: <br /> Commercial use is limited to the sale of products related to the operation of a greenhouse- <br /> flowers,produce, lawn decorations and related products. Office space created in any structure is <br /> restricted to the use of the current owner and can not be leased or sold for use to an outside <br /> business the current owner is not involved in excluding office use in relation to the greenhouse <br /> operation. <br />
