'1EDTNA TOWN BOARD MEETING November 8 , 1995 169 <br /> The MEdina Town Board meeting was called to order by the chairman at <br /> ' 8 : 10 pm. Present were the chairman,supervisors ,clerk,treasurer ,George <br /> Maas , Cecile Chadwick ,Eleaine & Wm Gruchow, Roy Knapton & David Riesop . <br /> Minutes of the October meeting were read and amended 'to read modular <br /> home on David Rogers property instead of trailer . October vouchers <br /> were compared and found to agree . The Treasurers report was given with <br /> income reported at $18 ,611 .67 . <br /> David Riesop appeared before the board for the approval of a cul-de-sac <br /> on the Gerald Mellenbrand property at N8669 Hwy 0 Waterloo . A motior. <br /> was made by Louis Klecker, 2nd by Russell Dahl to approve that the <br /> public highway right of way dedications designated herein are herby ack- <br /> nowledged and accepted by the Town of MEdina . Carried . <br /> Landowners around. the Larry Heiman property on Hwy T appeared before <br /> the board with comments about h.Ls violations & the Board of Adjustments! <br /> Hearing on Novemeber 16 . The Board looked over the papers of his <br /> violations sent form Dane County Planning & Development . The County <br /> has to take care of these violations and take care of that matter .Since Mr Heiman is not on the agenda, we can take no action , but want it st -_ted for the minutes at this time when the papers come through <br /> from Dane County to change zoning from from A-1 to A-2 with CUP and <br /> A-1 to LC-1 limited commerical as a board we will deny these petitions . <br /> We can only make recommendations to the Board of adjustments a letter <br /> will be sent stating that "No additional fill be added & what is there <br /> leveled off with the refuse & covered with existing material . The Silt <br /> fence goes beyond property line and should be removed & placed on his- <br /> own proerty . <br /> George Maas from LAkehead Pipe Line appeared before the board stating <br /> the pipelines wishes to put a pump atation in around June of next year <br /> near the New Wis Power sub station on Box Elder Road . <br /> A motion was made by Louis Klecker, 2nd by Russell Dahl to approve <br /> Operators License for Renee Flach (95-19) Carried . <br /> A motion was made by Louis Klecker, 2nd by Russell Dahl to approve <br /> CUP #1291 by David Rogers for a single family residence in a <br /> Commercial District . Carried . <br /> A motion was made by Louis Klecker, to 'disapprove Ord Amend #26 amendir <br /> Chptr 10 of the D. C . Code of Ordinances reducing the size of accessory <br /> buildings in Ag-Exclusive District . Carried . <br /> A motion was made by Russell Dahl , 2nd by Louis Klecker for Budget <br /> Resolution # 95-02 transferring $60 ,000 .00 from the Contingency <br /> Fund to the Highway Fund . Carried. <br /> ... Budget items were discussed the Budget Hearing & Meeting will take <br /> place on Dec 6th, 1995 proceeding the Regular monthly meeting . <br /> Vouchers #269-292 were approved and paid .A motion was made by Louis <br /> Klecker to adjourn .
