Town Board meeting was called to order by the Chairman at 8 : O6 <br /> tm. °resent were the chairman,supervisors , clerk, treasurer, Tem Peck , <br /> ?-,a.ilace Peck, Cecile Chadwick, Jim Lewellin, Dan Lade & ''Ir . & Mrs . Bob <br /> Salof. <br /> 'Minutes of the December Meeting were read and approved as read. December <br /> vouchers were compared and found to agree . The Treasurers report was <br /> given with income reported at $ $30, 935 . 34 . <br /> Dan Lade appeared before the board wishing to have a zoning change on <br /> property located at 5412 Towerline Rd . it is approximately 9/10 of <br /> an acre . A motion was made by Russell Dahl , 2nd by Louis Klecker to -- <br /> for preliminary approval for a zoning change of RHl . Carried . <br /> Torn PEck appeared before the board asking what he can do on his fathers <br /> property (Wallace PEck located on Hwy t . He would like to zone out <br /> some and sell the rest . He wants to keep some land in the family and w.oul <br /> like to divide off 5 acres . The Board wants to look into this matter and <br /> will make a decision next month . <br /> Bob Salof appeared before the board introducing himself and telling what <br /> he would like to do if he is elected for a position as a Dane County <br /> Supervisor. <br /> Since LArry Heiman was not in attendance no action was taken on his <br /> bisiness . <br /> Jim Lewellin appeared before the board giving them an update on the <br /> Waterloo Dam removal . It seems no one knows where lot lines are now, <br /> A motion was made by Louis Klecker, 2nd by Russell Dahl to .approve Operat,.: <br /> License 96-02 for John Beneditz . Carried . <br /> A motion was made by Russell Dahl , 2nd by Louis Klecker to approve Cigar? - <br /> License 96-01 for La Cantina (Susan Egner . Carried . <br /> A motion was made by Darrell Langer,2nd by Louis Klecker to approve Ora <br /> Amend # 18 (chap 10 ) appeals of conditional use permits changing the vote <br /> required on a CUP anneal from the present 3/4 to a simple majority . Car±iei <br /> The board complimented how good the snowplowing was being done . <br /> After a discussion the board decided not at this time to have a referendum <br /> appointing a clerk & treasurer . <br /> The Treasuer gave a list of refund checks issued .
