DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 7198 Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Windsor. The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Windsor be amended to include in the C-2 Commercial and R-4 Residential District/s the following described land: PETITION NUMBER: 7198 TO R-4: A parcel of land located in the NW 1/4 and the NE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 29, Town of Windsor described as follows: Commencing at the Northwest corner of said Section 29; thence N88°00'00" East along the North line of said Section 29, 405.32 feet; thence S03°11'00" East, 33.01 feet to the South line of Gray Road; thence N88°00'00" East along said South line 488.00 feet to the point of beginning; thence continuing N88°00'00" East, 390.06 feet; thence S02°00'01" West, 217.29 feet; thence S47°00'01" East, 201.23 feet; thence S89°30'01" East, 171.27 feet; thence S00°29'59" West, 591.96 feet; thence S88°36'40" West, 66.03 feet; thence S00°23'40" West, 310.44 feet; thence S87°49'40" West, 416.28 feet; thence S02°25'20" East, 66.00 feet; thence S87°49'40" West, 181.40 feet; thence N00°27'30" East, 1042.45 feet to the point of curve; thence Northwesterly on a curve to the left with a radius of 2930.90 feet and a chord which bears N01°57'19" West, 246.86 feet to the point of beginning. CONDITIONAL ZONING Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3)(a)2.(b) of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure to record the survey will cause the rezone to be null and void.
