DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 7195 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Medina. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Medina be amended to include in the C-1 Commercial District/s the <br /> following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 7195 <br /> Part of the NW 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 23, Town of Medina described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the Northeast corner of said Section 23; thence S89°18'53" West on the <br /> North line of said NE 1/4, 'I: 14 feet to a point at the Northeast corner of said NW 1/4 <br /> of the NE 1/4; thence SO °/ ' " West along the East line of said NW 1/4 of the NE 1/4, <br /> 561.11 feet to the Southeast corner of Lot #1 ; M #6901; thence S89°18'53" West <br /> along the South line of said Lot #1, 721.26 fee e Southwest corner of said Lot and <br /> being the point of beginning for this description. Thence continue S89°18'53" West, <br /> 150.00 feet; thence N01°34'47" East, 470.99 feet to a point on the centerline of Boxelder <br /> Road; thence S81 020'49" East along said centerline, 151.03 feet to the Northwest corner <br /> of said Lot#1; thence S01°34'47" West along the West line of said Lot #1, 446.46 feet to <br /> the point of beginning. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain that this amendment,based upon their findings,to be <br /> consistent with the provisions of Wisconsin State Statute 91.77(1)(a),(b),(c). <br />
