Attached is the Tru 3ler list with the error noted. Please make the correction to Barrows and let <br /> me know if any oth m•problems have come up in your review. <br /> 2. The subdivision lot 3 when created,were not required to be the 2 acre size that is currently <br /> required—so the 23,000 SF size(for those parcels created prior to 7/94) is consistent with the <br /> previous requirement. <br /> 3. Questions have ar sen about the set-backs though. What if a house does not meet the <br /> setback requireme nt, and never did? The town Clerk says that the town only started building <br /> inspections in the I nid-1970's,so many of the homes may be illegal due to the required 100' <br /> setback of the proposed zoning categories. The Clerk says the County didn't make on-site <br /> inspections then ether.
