ordinance on December 20, 1993 and November 29, 1994 . <br /> (6) Since the proposed rule is not yet promulgated, <br /> additional time should be provided to Dane County to allow it to <br /> bring its ordinance text into compliance with the statutes and the <br /> final promulgated rule . <br /> ORDER <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that : <br /> (1) Dane County' s exclusive agricultural zoning ordinance <br /> text is certified for the year 1996, subject to the following <br /> conditions : <br /> (a) Dane County shall interpret its ordinance in compliance <br /> with ch. 91, Wis . Stats . , and applicable rules . <br /> (b) Dane County shall amend its ordinance to do all of the <br /> following: <br /> 1 . Restrict nonagricultural uses in exclusive <br /> agricultural use districts consistent with ch. 91, <br /> Wis . Stats . , and applicable rules . <br /> 2 . Require that special exceptions, conditional uses <br /> and variances in exclusive agricultural use <br /> districts be "consistent with agricultural use, " as <br /> required under ch. 91, Wis . Stats . , and applicable <br /> rules . <br /> 3 . Require specific findings of fact under s . 91 . 77, <br /> Wis . Stats . , and applicable rules before rezoning <br /> land out of an exclusive agricultural use district. <br /> (2) Certification under sub. (1) applies to 1996, if the <br /> proposed rule, ch. ATCP 51, Wis . Admin. Code, is not promulgated by <br /> July 1, 1997, the conditional certification under sub. (1) is <br /> extended to 1997 . <br /> 5 <br />
