a <br /> DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 7209 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Verona. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Verona be amended to include in the RH-2 Rural Homes District/s <br /> the following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 7209 <br /> TO RH-2: <br /> Lot #1, CSM #5470, and the following part of the NW 1/4 of the E 1/4 of Section 25, <br /> Town of Verona described as follows: Commencing at the Southeast corner of the <br /> aforesaid Lot #1; thence S89°23'11"West 16.66 feet to the point of beginning; thence <br /> S00°37'57"West 180.00 feet; thence S89°23'11"West 400.00 feet; thence N70°43'44" <br /> West 176.36 feet; thence S89°23'11"West 50.00 feet; thence N00°37'57"East 120.00 <br /> feet; thence N89°23'11"East along the CSM#617.15 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> TO RH-1: <br /> Part of the NW 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 25, Town of Verona described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the Southeast corner of Lot #1, CSM #5470, thence S89°23'11"West <br /> along the lot line 16.6 feet; thence S00°37'57" West 180.00 feet to the point of <br /> beginning; thence S00°37'57"West 480.12 feet thence S89°23'11"West 617.15 feet to <br /> Shady Bend Road; thence N00°37'57" East along said road 540.12 feet; thence <br /> N89°23'11"East 50.0 feet; thence S70°43'44"East 176.36 feet; thence N89°23'11"East <br /> 400.0 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to'Section 10.255(3Xa)2.(b)of the Dane <br /> County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> CER'1114iED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within <br /> 90 days of its approval by Dane County,.a certified survey map that describes the land to be <br /> rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure to record the <br /> survey will cause the rezone to be null and void.
