DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 7210 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Cottage Grove. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Cottage Grove be amended to include in the R-1 Residential <br /> District/s the following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 7210 <br /> A part of the Northwest 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 6, Town of Cottage Grove, <br /> described as follows: Beginning at the Northwest corner of Lot 17, said Nondahl Heights; <br /> thence along the East right-of-way of Vilas Road, N0°58'00'E 33.07 feet; thence along <br /> the North line of said vacated Crest Street, N87°11'00'£, 264.70 feet (recorded as <br /> N87°08'E); thence along the West right-of-way of Bonnie Avenue extended, <br /> S0°58'00'W, 33.07 feet; thence along the North line of Lots 17 and 18, said Nondahl <br /> Heights.
