The Board's <br /> approval was subject to the following conditions being placed on the property as deed <br /> restrictions: <br /> Following discussion, Supervisor Mueller moved, seconded by Supervisor Riker, to approve <br /> the proposed rezoning subject to the following conditions: <br /> -The area to be rezoned shall not exceed 20,000 square feet. <br /> -The property shall be deed restricted to "landscape business" only. <br /> MOTION CARRIED. <br /> We appreciate the opportunity to communicate the Town's decision regarding this matter to <br /> your office.
