DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 7202 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Middleton. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Middleton be amended to include in the LC-1 Limited Commercial <br /> Districts the following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 7202 <br /> Part of the SW 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 32, Town of Middleton described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the North quarter corner of said Section 32. Thence S02°42'06"West <br /> for a distance of 1324.66 feet; thence S89°54'10"East for a distance of 1291.92 feet; <br /> thence S02°23'41" West for a distance of 916.10 feet; thence N89°58'35" West for a <br /> distance of 200.26 feet to the point of beginning; thence S00°01'25"West or a distance <br /> of 165.00 feet; thence N89°58'35"West for a distance of 121.21 feet; thence N00°01'25" <br /> East for a distance of 165.00 feet; thence S89°58'35"East for a distance of 121.21 feet <br /> to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3Xa)2.(b) of the Dane <br /> County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> DEED RESTRICTION REQUIRED <br /> This amendment will be effective,if within 90 days of its adoption by Dane County the owner or owners of the <br /> land shall record the following restrictions on said land: <br /> 1. That the rezone area shall be limited to a landscape business only and that the rezone area shall be <br /> limited to 20,000 square feet <br /> Said restriction shall run in favor of Dane County and the pertinent Town Board as well as the owners of <br /> land within 300 feet of the site.
