DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 7202 Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Middleton. The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Middleton be amended to include in the LC-1 Limited Commercial Districts the following described land: PETITION NUMBER: 7202 Part of the SW 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 32, Town of Middleton described as follows: Commencing at the North quarter corner of said Section 32. Thence S02°42'06"West for a distance of 1324.66 feet; thence S89°54'10"East for a distance of 1291.92 feet; thence S02°23'41" West for a distance of 916.10 feet; thence N89°58'35" West for a distance of 200.26 feet to the point of beginning; thence S00°01'25"West or a distance of 165.00 feet; thence N89°58'35"West for a distance of 121.21 feet; thence N00°01'25" East for a distance of 165.00 feet; thence S89°58'35"East for a distance of 121.21 feet to the point of beginning. CONDITIONAL ZONING Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3Xa)2.(b) of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. DEED RESTRICTION REQUIRED This amendment will be effective,if within 90 days of its adoption by Dane County the owner or owners of the land shall record the following restrictions on said land: 1. That the rezone area shall be limited to a landscape business only and that the rezone area shall be limited to 20,000 square feet Said restriction shall run in favor of Dane County and the pertinent Town Board as well as the owners of land within 300 feet of the site.
