This lot is zoned R-1. I wish to separate these two structures <br /> each onto their own lot for the purpose of easier resale. <br /> I propose to split the lot in two. Each lot waild measure approx. 120'/94'X 3001. (Please <br /> refer to the attached map and legal description fy home would retain the R-1 zoning.
