March 20, 1998 <br /> To: The Dane County Board <br /> I, Teddy Mock, petition the Dane County Board for permission to divide and rezone <br /> my properties located at 7245 and 7237-7239 Bergman Road in the Township of Roxbury. <br /> Presently, I have two structures, my permanent home and a ranch duplex, on one lot, <br /> parcel #25-0907-183-9100-9. This lot is zoned R-1. I wish to separate these two structures <br /> each onto their own lot for the purpose of easier resale. <br /> I propose to split the lot in two. Each lot would measure approx. 120794' X 300'. (Please <br /> refer to the attached map and legal description). My home would retain the R-1 zoning.
