DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 7216 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Vermont. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Vermont be amended to include in the RH-1 Rural Homes Districts <br /> the following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 7216 <br /> A parcel of land located in the NW 1/4 of the NE 1/4 and the NE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of <br /> Section 29, Town of Vermont, described as follows: Commencing at the N 1/4 corner of <br /> said Section 29, thence S00°15'02'E for a distance of 549.92 feet to the ponit of <br /> beginning; thence South 00°15'02'East for a distance of 454.41 feet; thence South <br /> 89°22'06'West for a distance of 207.30 feet to the centerline of CTH F; thence South <br /> 00°43'22'East for a distance of 66.00 feet along the centerline of CTH F; thence North <br /> 89°22'06'East for a distance of 254.87 feet; thence North 25°27'19'East for a distance of <br /> 357.01 feet; thence North 00°15'02'West for a distance of 199.77 feet; thence South <br /> 89°22'06"West for a distance of 202.96 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3)(a)2.(b)of the Dane <br /> County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within <br /> 90 days of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be <br /> rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure to record the <br /> survey will cause the rezone to be null and void. Two copies of the recorded survey shall <br /> be submitted to Dane County Zoning. <br /> (C), Q <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain that this amendment,based upon their findings,to be <br /> consistent with the provisions of Wisconsin State Statute 91.77(1)(a),(b),(c). <br />
