This letter is to request that a two acre parcel of my land be rezoned from <br /> A 1 ExAg to RH2. The parcel which I am requesting to be rozoned is non- <br /> productive farm land. The parcel is oddly shaped and difficult to manuver with <br /> machinery. The soil is rocky and the parcel has been a sod field for 15+years. <br /> Although the parcel is non-productive for farm land, the size and slope make it an <br /> ideaL place for a house.
