The Property is located at 5606 River <br /> Road and is commonly known as the Yahara Center. This letter is <br /> being submitted in accordance with the procedures for amendment <br /> contained in the Restrictions and Covenants . A copy of the <br /> "Restrictions and Covenants" is found at Exhibit A attached hereto <br /> and made a part hereof . <br /> Presently, the Property is subject to B-1 Restricted zoning. <br /> The purpose of the proposed amendment is to permit the existing <br /> building and property to be used as a private school . Such use is <br /> in conformity with B-1 zoning, absent the Restrictions and <br /> Covenants. A copy of the proposed amendment to the Restrictions <br /> and Covenants is found at Exhibit B attached hereto and made a part <br /> hereof (the "Proposed Amendment" ) . <br /> The Proposed Amendment does not involve a substantial change <br /> to the current permitted uses of the Property. For example, the <br /> Restrictions and Covenants allow, among other things, religious <br /> educational facilities. Moreover, the change is consistent with <br /> recent past uses of the Property which included the operation of a <br /> local business college. <br /> We have also provided a copy of this letter to James E. <br /> Gregorius, Dane County Zoning Administrator and Sharon L. Anderson <br /> of the Town of Westport .
