As we discussed, this site was not
approved, as a deed restriction had been placed that the driveway was to be moved to the
west along the property line, then back to the home site.
As I indicated at the site, it is my opinion that the driveway should remain where the initial
grading took place for the following reasons:
1. The driveway at the present site would be a natural field border between the more
productive field to the west and the more steep/erodible field to the east.
2. The recommended route would be more direct and take up less cropland area.
As we also discussed, I would suggest adjusting the curvature of the road to allow more
efficient handling of the drainage.
Please feel free to call me if you have any questions.
Cer-kt-4"-e"-o._
Kevin Connors
County Conservationist
cc: Dawn George, Town Clerk
06/16/98 14:01 TX/RX NO.1154 P.001 ■
