DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 7243 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Rutland. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Rutland be amended to include in the RH-1 Rural Homes District/s <br /> the following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 7243 <br /> Part of the NW 1/4 SW 1/4 Section 16, Town of Rutland described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the West quarter corner of the said Section 16; thence N88°23'58"East <br /> 825.36 feet; thence S00 031' West 722.94 feet to the point of beginning; thence S00°31' <br /> West 296.00 thence N89°29' West 296.00 feet; thence N00°3 1'East 296.00 feet; thence <br /> S89°29' East 296.00 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain that this amendment,based upon their findings,to be <br /> consistent with the provisions of Wisconsin State Statute 91.77(lxa),(b),(c). <br />
