WHEREAS, <br /> is/are the owner/s of the following described land in the Town of <br /> Dane County, Wisconsin, to-wit: <br /> Part of the NW 1/4 SW 1/4 Section 16, Town of Rutland described <br /> as follows: Commencing at the West quarter corner of the said <br /> Section 16; thence N88°23' 58" East 825.36 feet; thence S00°31' <br /> West 722 . 94 feet to the point of beginning; thence S00°31' West <br /> 296.00 thence N89°29' West 296.00 feet; thence N00°31'East 296.00 <br /> feet; thence S89°29' East 296. 00 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> II. WHEREAS said owner desires to place certain restrictions thereon, <br /> to bind the owner and those who may acquire title hereafter. <br /> III.
